Company Expansion

Premier Fitness Clubs and Day Spas, is one of the largest privately owned fitness chains in North America with 43 locations and over 260,000 members. After the highly successful launch of our new 46,000 square foot co-ed Concept Club in Hamilton in November 2001, we plan to roll out across Canada 15 new locations per year for the next three years. The rate at which Premier is expanding and the unparalleled success of its new Concept Clubs requires quality staff to compliment its outstanding facilities.

On the Job Training

At Premier job excellence and satisfaction is key and therefore a great deal of time is devoted to employee training and development. We are totally committed to our staff and will invest in the people who are the backbone of our company. As such we have developed a training school that all new employees must attend for a minimum of 2 weeks prior to commencing employment along with on-going training throughout the year.
