To better serve the corporate community in Markham, many of our fitness programs are designed to allow for workouts during and immediately after work hours.

As part of our continued commitment to provide the services that best suit the varied interests of our members, we offer our female members Mademoiselle Spa, a private women-only facility, specifically designed to meet their needs. As well, our day care centre allows parents to exercise knowing that their children are close by and under professional supervision. Physiomed Health clinic, located on our second floor, provides comprehensive chiropractic, rehabilitation and physiotherapy services for an extensive array of health and fitness needs.
