Offering 62,000 square feet of facilities and services, this club is the new format of family-oriented fitness complexes that Premier Fitness is building across Canada. The 62,000 square foot facility also features a Cardio Studio with over 150 pieces of cardio (treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent cycles, stair-climbers and upright bikes). Each cardio machine has its own television screen for your private enjoyment while exercising. The two Aerobics Studios will feature 18 classes per day, beginning at 6 a.m. and ending at 9 p.m. Classes include Yoga, Pilates, Stretch, Cardio Kick-Box, Cross-Training, Step and Sculpt, Body Sculpting, Boot Camp and Ab/Butt/Thigh. The 25-metre lap pool and family pool will be set at a constant temperature of 82 degrees for your comfort and will offer Swim School and Aquatic Exercise Classes. Plus, Sunday is always Family Swim Day!

This club will feature Premier's IPF Supervised Workout Studio. Premier's proprietary workout system features a training circuit based on 26 of the best exercise machines selected from various brands placed in a studio to be used in the IPF Workout sequence. The IPF Workout Studio will have two circuits totaling 52 machines available to all members in this Kingston Super Club.

For the free weight enthusiast, you will be in heaven on Premier Kingston's gym floor, where you can access more than 200 pieces of every apparatus imaginable, from brands such as Icarian, Technogym, Hammer Strength, Body Masters, and Flex.

Mademoiselle Women's Private Fitness Club
A club-within-a-club exclusively for women.

For the woman who wishes to exercise in a private female-only environment, our Mademoiselle Club is located adjacent to the Premier Fitness complex. We have created an environment that caters exclusively to women who wish to work out in an all-female environment. We help you feel totally at ease with friendly, professional staff, distinctive surroundings and an atmosphere that welcomes you the first time and every time.

The Club is managed by female staff including membership co-ordinators, fitness consultants, aerobics instructors and personal trainers. The Club features its own cardiovascular equipment, all with private televisions, plus an aerobics floor with over 50 classes per week, its own body sculpting exercise equipment designed specifically for women, and our new Express Circuit Studio.

Mademoiselle Locker Room

In our Mademoiselle locker room, you will once again be swept into a welcoming haven surrounded by beautiful wall paneling. Comfort meets class in the lounge area, which is outfitted with plush seating, members' telephones, daily newspapers and a wide-screen plasma TV. Among the locker room amenities are oversized lockers, a steam room, express showers, and vanities with hair dryers, curling and flat irons. The signature feature in this stunning area is a floating curved-granite vanity, with three sinks in each arc. Unique to Mademoiselle, the locker room also features four roomy bathroom suites complete with your own private sink, shower and toilet for those females who like to shower, dry and get ready in privacy. All toiletries are supplied for our members. Many Mademoiselle Fitness Club members say our locker room is so spectacular, it's worth the trip alone!

Adjacent to the Mademoiselle Women's Private Fitness Club, we are pleased to place you in the capable hands of Pure Med Spa, which is an international leading provider of medical spa services. Play Zone Interactive Youth Fitness (for kids 5 to 15 years of age) exercise facility

The first of its kind, kids-only (8 to 17 years of age) interactive exercise/entertainment club is located within the Premier Fitness Kingston facility. What a great idea - a youth fitness facility just for kids - and what better way to encourage your children to get involved in extracurricular activities that are good for them, and launch them into positive lifetime habits!

Our program incorporates cardiovascular and weight resistance exercise specifically performed on equipment developed for children and teens. Many of the exercises are essentially games, such as Interactive Dance Pads, Game Bikes powered by Sony PlayStation, which require kids to pedal in order to play each game and compete against each other, and climbing walls. Our Youth Fitness Circuit is performed under the watchful eye of our professional fitness staff, who will ensure that exercisers do not strain or injure themselves. They also have access to their own personal trainer using our one-of-a-kind exercise system specifically designed for youth. With child obesity at the forefront of today's fitness concerns, this is a great and positive outlet for their energy.

Dr. Weight Loss Clinic and Nutrition Centre

Recognizing that body contouring can be accomplished only by a proper nutrition program, we are proud to house a Dr. Weight Loss Clinic within the Kingston complex to offer members this sound, scientific nutrition service. Book an appointment with one of our weight loss professionals, and you will be provided with all the information necessary to embark on the safest, soundest, healthiest nutrition/weight loss program available on the market today. Although Dr. Weight Loss is an independently run clinic with its own professional staff, through a cooperation agreement, a free consultation will be available to all Premier Fitness and Mademoiselle Women's Fitness members.
