Our Stoney Creek club has been an important cornerstone of the community for over 25 years. Located on Centennial Parkway, the 23,000 square foot facility has recently undergone 1.5 million dollars worth of renovations and upgrades.
The remodelling and improvements made to the club have added to the already extensive collection of top line amenities and exercise equipment. Members have a limitless number of fitness options from which to choose. And with the guidance of our helpful and professional staff, you are able to find a program that best suits your goals and level of ability. We have a wide variety of aerobics classes, yoga and Pilates, as well as our ever-popular spinning and boxing studios.
As a family-friendly environment, we welcome members of all ages and interests. Our Day Care centre allows parents to exercise with the knowledge that their children are close by and under professional supervision. Our private women-only Mademoiselle Spa is specially designed to meet the specific fitness needs of our female members.
Members are especially fond of our excellent collection of services and amenities. They enjoy the swimming pool, oversized private lockers, steam room and whirlpool, juice bar and free parking, among many others.
