Centrally located in the Yorkdale Shopping Centre, the 35,000 square foot Premier Yorkdale club is easily accessible to anyone from North York, Woodbridge, Forest Hill or Etobicoke, by car, TTC or Go Transit. The club has recently undergone an extensive series of upgrades and renovations to raise the facility to the standard of all our new Concept Clubs, and provide our members with the same level of quality.

The two-level club is fully equipped with 123 cardio pieces, top brand exercise equipment, cushion-embanked indoor running track, and provides a large variety of exciting aerobics classes, including Pilates, yoga, spinning and cardio kick boxing. Our exclusive new collection of MedX strength training equipment allows our members to complete a high-intensity workout in less than 30 minutes. With the assistance of our accredited staff, members are provided with a tailor-made fitness program by our on site Physiomed Health centre.

The club's main area of focus is on our large Seniors program. MedX strength training equipment are of great benefit to our mature clientele.

In addition to the extensive collection of exercise equipment, the club has many luxurious amenities. The spa area is equipped with co-ed steam room, individual men's and women's saunas, and a new juice bar and café. The on site Physiomed Health clinic provides members with comprehensive chiropractic, rehabilitation, physiotherapy and massage for a wide range of ailments and health needs.

Our loyal and close-knit members, many of whom have been with the club since it opened 20 years ago, enjoy all the excellent features and services the facility has to offer.
